Web Design Projects
These are individual web design projects that the Code SEO team have developed
We offer various software programs like Adobe Dreamweaver, Webdev and Microsoft Expression Studio for catering to different types of customers. There are various platforms like Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP for various customers. We can develop online shopping portal sites like e-Bay and Amazon.com or Blogs using Joomla, Drupal, XOOPS, etc or Social Networking sites like Facebook.
Prior to deciding upon a web design we first try and understand our target audience. We try to gather as many information about the tastes, likes, dislikes, age etc of our audience. In this way we can measure whether the website is worth continuing with, needs a complete changeover or needs to be developed and expanded upon.
We are also concerned about the safety of the website. We understand the importance of ‘Server Port hardening’ to keep the websites safe from hackers who could maliciously extract confidential information. We provide the ‘SSL’ certificates obtained from the Certificate authorities to ensure that there is no fraud committed on the website.
Once this part is over we move on to the planning stage. In this stage we decide upon a plan as to what will be the information architecture, how the structure of the site will be, draw a site map, is a shopping cart required, should it be developer friendly or user friendly, how will the navigation be and so on. The information architecture will guide the web developer to describe and classify the information that will be displayed on the website. It is the same as an exhibition of products that are displayed during property expo or auto expo show.
The most attractive displays are presented in the front and the elaborate displays are placed at the rear end. In this way the customers are coerced into naturally finding their way to the product of their choice. This works the same for the website. Too much of detailed information in the beginning may narrow down the choice of the customers. So classifying the information appropriately and also providing a bit of variety is also the key to a good website. Needless to say that we incorporate all these elements in our work plan and it helps build a good website for our customers.
Last but not the least, we test and ensure that all the features and functions are being executed smoothly.
